Our Solution & Technical Highlights

We designed and delivered a premium, fully enclosed turnkey automated powder coating line prioritizing high surface aesthetics and strict chemical control.To eliminate ambient dust contamination entirely, the automated spraying area was placed inside a customized, positive-pressure full-glass cleanroom booth. This fully transparent enclosure allows plant managers to monitor the automated powder guns and the cyclone recycling loops safely from the outside, keeping the spraying environment perfectly sterile.

For heavy industrial batches and maximum output volume, the workpiece layout smoothly transitions from an intensive chemical preparation stage directly to an elevated drying-off oven. The high-clearance engineering and robust overhead structures maximize workflow synchronization while leaving the green epoxy floor clear for easy cleaning.

To guarantee flawless coating adhesion and long-term anti-rust performance, we engineered a heavy-duty, multi-stage spray pre-treatment tunnel constructed entirely from premium anti-corrosive stainless steel. Equipped with chemical circulation tanks, high-pressure spray headers, independent maintenance stairs, and intelligent dosing pumps, this system ensures every millimeter of raw metal is perfectly cleaned and passivated.
